At Serramonte Center we provide our clients with high quality instruments.
We Offer Music Lessons
Thank you for your interest in Serramonte Music Center School Of Music as your guide into the musical world. Our staff is well-trained and we teach all kinds of instruments. There are three different classes(Private, Semi-Private, Group) and rates differ depending on the class and instrument. We also find a time that works best for your schedule. We hope to create an enjoyable experience for you and to foster a lifelong love of music.
Private Lessons (30 minute classes, once a week)
- Private Piano lessons are $132 per month. (4 Lessons)
- Private Violin lessons are $160 per month. (4 Lessons)
- Lessons for all other instruments are $112 per month.(4 Lessons) This applies to Guitar, Ukulele, Drums, Wind Instruments, and such.
Semi-Private Lessons (30 minute classes, once a week)
- Semi-Private lessons are $88 per month(4 Lessons)
- Guitar, Ukulele, Violin, and Wind Instrument lessons have up to two students per class, ideal for friends and family who wish to learn together. The same is available for Piano.
Group Lessons (1 hour classes, once a week)
- Group lessons are $78 per month, per student.(4 Lessons)
- Piano classes are usually between 3-5 students. Students would come to class and plug headphones into digital pianos to practice while the teacher walks around the room and helps different students individually.
Registration
There is a one time $30 registration fee which every first time student must honor. Our registration system allows for quick scheduling and easy payment process. It also allows students to change their type of class if one ever wishes to switch instruments or go from group to private lessons.
Additional Info
Show us your commitment by paying tuition in advance. We also have discounted rates for lessons if purchased 3, 6, 9, or 12 months at a time. Please note that our monthly lessons are in increments of 4 sessions. Therefore, the term “monthly” does not apply to months which have five weeks.
Don’t forget to sign in prior to taking your lesson. The sign-in program is a reliable source to track your attendance. It helps match our records with yours, as well as the teacher’s.
